Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
  • Conduct clinical testing and assessments to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
  • Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents as needed.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier required.
