Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound collection calls to customers in a professional manner, while maintaining and improving customer relationships. You will also resolve customer billing problems, collect payments, and identify issues that attribute to account receivables.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

In addition, you should have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in financial recovery and customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred.
