We are searching for a Senior Financial Operations Specialist to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry.

Job Description
  • Maintain electronic and check transactions
  • Prepare account documents for review and approval
  • Research transactional discrepancies
  • Develop and provide support for settlement fund opening and closing initiatives
  • Research of reconciling bank statements
  • Accounting for transactions related to the settlement funds
  • Assist in other related projects as requested
Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • Associate degree in relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with Qualified Settlement Funds, Trusts, and/or Escrow Accounts preferred
  • Financial, accounting or banking experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Effective communication skills including written, oral, and listening
  • Able to work in an environment with immediate deadlines and shifting priorities
