Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an OTA with Continuum Rehab Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and clinically driven team to provide exemplary patient care and build effective rehab programs to enhance our patients' recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions and provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders.
  • Assess and document patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Provide input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
Requirements
  • Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing and rehabilitation settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
