About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our Clinic Operations team at Hawaii Pacific Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and register patients, updating and creating medical records as needed
  • Process professional and technical fees generated by department providers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform cash handling and collection duties
  • Act as a liaison between patients and professional staff in our Nuclear Medicine department
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting or related field
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with EPIC preferred
