Job Title: Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to implement them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and meet client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • College degree in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in telecommunications and/or managed mobility services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
