We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our finance team at CESNA.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily input and management of financial transactions, reconciliation of bank statements, and preparation of financial reports.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • FP&A duties:
    • Daily input and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Clerical Duties:
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail, including letters, packages, and deliveries, to appropriate recipients.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
    • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+) in accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
