We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruiting firm specializing in Accounting, Engineering, and IT. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, including tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and review financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage annual tax payments and prepare statements for various states
  • Work with external professionals to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare annual city tax filings and oversee the preparation of 1099s
  • Develop and maintain detailed quarterly tax projections
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to clients
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to stay up-to-date
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with an active California CPA License
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or family office tax services
  • Strong expertise in high net worth clients, trusts, investment entities, and private businesses
