We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our team, offering a competitive salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role involves providing financial management and support to our operations, including:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including AP and AR.
  • Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
  • Maintaining QuickBooks records accurately and up-to-date.
  • Overseeing vendor payments and ensuring accurate tracking of project expenses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within real estate or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks required.
  • Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in property management or real estate (preferred).
