Job Summary:

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced urgent care environment. As a key member of the Indigo Urgent Care team, this individual will be responsible for performing clinical tasks, greeting and registering patients, and assisting with back office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical tasks within the scope of a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license, as directed by facility providers.
  • Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis within trained areas, following successful completion of appropriate training.
  • Greet and register patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Assist clinic management with back office tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility, preferred.
  • Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program.
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers.
  • Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements.
