Job Summary
The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the clinical team at Indigo Urgent Care. This dynamic role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of clinical tasks, including greeting and registering patients, assisting with back office duties, and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks within the scope of a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license, as directed by facility providers.
- Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, following successful completion of training.
- Greet and register patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Assist clinic management with back office tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility, preferred.
- Medical Assistant certification from an accredited training program.
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers.
- Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements.
