Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Advisor II to join our team at Franklin Energy. As an Energy Advisor II, you will play a critical role in providing energy-saving solutions to our utility clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and coordination for our energy efficiency programs
  • Recommend specific modifications to electric and/or gas systems to improve efficiency
  • Convince prospective clients of the improved efficiency that our services will bring
  • Work with building owners and property managers to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance
  • Identify and provide documentation of on-site opportunities for energy efficiency
  • Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to determine energy savings and manage current projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or conservation and energy management
  • Previous experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities
  • Energy Efficiency experience - Preferred
