Energy Transition Specialist

A highly skilled Trade Ally Manager is sought to support the development and management of the Focus on Energy Program's Trade Ally network in Wisconsin.
This role will work closely with the Programs Team to create a seamless customer experience and expand the diversity of the Trade Ally network, including identifying and recruiting diverse business enterprises (DBE) and improving geographic accessibility to qualified Trade Allies.
The successful candidate will develop and deploy a comprehensive strategy related to engagement, outreach, and retention of the varying market actors supporting the sales and/or installation of energy-efficient equipment in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the Trade Ally network
- Collaborating with Portfolio Managers to identify program-specific Trade Ally related needs and support the development of targeted efforts
- Facilitating coordination with implementation teams as needed
- Providing regular communication to the network regarding program-related opportunities or changes
- Overseeing the tracking and management of the Trade Ally network within the Program database
The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, ability to work across multiple departments and units within an organization, external clients, and multiple stakeholders, as well as strong quantitative and analytic capabilities to interpret data and solve practical problems.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience is required, along with ~5+ years of industry experience in energy efficiency and skills in conflict resolution and consensus building with diverse stakeholders.
