Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Customer Service professional to join our team at Rapport Translations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling interpreters, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interpreters in our online scheduling portal and manage client schedules to ensure seamless communication and appointment coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and interpreters through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth shift coverage and information exchange.
- Train interpreters on our online scheduling system and other activities as needed.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share best practices, and address any challenges.
- Assist in reaching revenue goals by increasing client relationships, upselling services, and setting up clients for phone interpreting.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, delivering results by deadline.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience of 2 years or more.
- Over two years of experience in customer service and/or account management/sales.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and effectively interact with multiple constituents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
