Responsibilities:
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trusts, estates, fiduciary, individual, and various other tax returns. You will conduct complex tax research projects for individuals and clients in diverse industries. You will also manage a book of business and/or participate in marketing-related activities.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review, tax compliance, agency correspondence, and tax research
* Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically
* Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills fostering client and internal relationships
* 3+ years tax experience required in a CPA firm setting
* CPA Certification, or Enrolled Agent Certification is a plus
Location and Compensation:
This role is full-time onsite. Compensation is $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
