Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dining Services Associate to join our team at Chartwells Higher Ed. As a key member of our dining services staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing, presenting, and serving food to students, faculty, and staff.

About the Job

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $12.00-$14.50 per hour, depending on experience. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, present, and serve food according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other dining services staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
