A new medical opportunity is available for a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the Madison County area of Nebraska. This full-time position offers a unique combination of clinical challenge and personal fulfillment, making it an ideal fit for professionals seeking a dynamic work environment.

As a key member of our anesthesia team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of procedures, including OB, C-sections, epidural administration, trauma care, joint and hand surgeries, central lines, endoscopy, and more. With approximately 8,000 cases performed annually, you will gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our level III trauma center.

The schedule for this position involves rotating between our surgery center and OR, all located on the same campus. You can expect to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend call. The 1:7 post-call day off policy provides a healthy work-life balance, while the MDA on 3rd backup call ensures that our team is always supported.

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a generous sign-on bonus, student loan reimbursement, malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. You will also receive additional pay for additional calls and be hired as a W2 employee. Credentialing takes place within 90 days.
