The Housekeeping Attendant is dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay, making them feel appreciated and well cared for. This position involves the thorough cleaning and upkeep of the hotel, focusing primarily on assigned guest rooms, as well as other hotel areas, including public spaces, back-of-house sections, and outdoor environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
  • Capable of assessing and choosing among various options swiftly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain composure and objectivity during stressful circumstances.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Perform daily floor cleaning and buffing in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Shampoo carpets in public areas as per hotel guidelines.
  • Shampoo furniture as required following hotel protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public restrooms and ensure regular maintenance as needed throughout the shift.
  • Assist guests with luggage requests during check-in and check-out in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and oneself.
  • Manage lost and found items according to Aimbridge Hospitality policies.
  • At the end of the shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.
  • Complete the daily assignment checklist and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the day.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Cumplir con todas las normas y reglamentos de Aimbridge Hospitality para promover operaciones hoteleras seguras y eficientes.

  • Practicar hábitos de trabajo seguros para garantizar la seguridad de los huéspedes, compañeros de trabajo y de uno mismo.
  • Gestionar artículos perdidos y encontrados de acuerdo con las políticas de Aimbridge Hospitality.
  • Al final del turno, devolver todas las llaves y hojas de asignación a la Oficina de Housekeeping.
