Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with program goals.
  • Ensure comprehensive integration of program timelines.
  • Apply industry-standard scheduling practices, including:
    • DCMA 14-point assessment
    • IPMR DI-MGMT-81861 compliance
    • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
    • Critical Path Analysis
    • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
    • Performance metrics and analysis
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting.
  • Monitor and track project plans and timelines.
  • Maintain and validate scheduling data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and management.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in critical path and network logic.

Utilization of Tools:
Leverage Gantt charts, milestone charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to assess progress and identify performance discrepancies.

Qualifications:
This position may be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management - OR - a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management - OR - a Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.

Additional Qualifications for Both Levels:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek, SSI Tools).
• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance. US Citizenship is required.
• Proficiency in MS Project 2016.
• Experience with resource loading schedules.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Schedule Management.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
