Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Senior Program Analyst to perform a variety of research projects and assist in the creation of program deliverables. The successful candidate will provide support for special projects, including the collection, organization, and presentation of program performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Communicate program reporting requirements to team members and ensure data collection and data integrity.
  • Create project briefings for Program Manager and Customer review.
  • Document program performance/project data in regular contract deliverables.
  • Consistent communication with program team and partners.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience providing program data analytics/project systems integration support.
  • Understanding of and experience creating program management processes, tools, and deliverables products, including Work Breakdown Structures, project scheduling, Program Management Reviews, and periodic project status reports.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • MS Project experience desired.
  • Organized and proficient with information quality control.
  • Good verbal and electronic communication skills.
  • Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently in a dynamic office environment.
  • Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through a University Degree.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
