Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Entertainment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our kitchen operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Managing Supply Par Levels: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Assist with Schedules per Assigned Labor Models: Collaborate with management to create and implement efficient labor schedules that meet business needs.
  • Maintain On-Shift Cleanliness and Manage Periodic Extended Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members.
  • Enforce Proper Opening/Closing Procedures and Checklists: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge on How to Prepare a Variety of Meats, Poultry, Vegetables, and Other Food Items Using Standard Recipes: Develop and maintain expertise in food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist as Needed in Other Areas as Requested by a Manager: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support the team in various capacities.
  • Responsible for the Training, Mentoring, and Development of All New Cooks on Standards and Procedures and On-Shift Management of the Kitchen: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Complies with All Company Standard Methods of Cooking, Portion Sizes, Quality Standards, Kitchen Rules, Policies, and Procedures: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Knowledge on How to Properly Use Ovens, Grills, Fryers, and a Variety of Other Kitchen Equipment: Develop and maintain expertise in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Maintains and Manages a Clean and Sanitary Kitchen and Work Areas: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Oversees and Maintains All Standard Procedures, Inventory, and Communication to the Satisfaction of the Executive Chef According to Company Standards: Collaborate with management to drive business results.
  • Maintains Uniform Standards and Presents a Professional Appearance at All Times: Represent the company with pride and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Standing for Long Periods of Time with Frequent Bending and Turning: Demonstrate physical stamina and adaptability.
  • Must Be Able to Lift 40 Lbs: Meet physical demands of the role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Withstand Extreme Hot/Cold Temperatures: Adapt to varying temperature conditions.

Special Requirements:

  • Must Be at Least 18 Years Old: Meet minimum age requirement.
  • Obtain Training Certification per Company Policy: Complete required training and certifications.
  • Must Possess a Valid Food Manager's Certificate or Other Similar License per Local Code: Meet regulatory requirements.
