About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide ambulatory behavioral health services to our patients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health conditions, as well as providing case management and psychotherapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients with mental health conditions, including emotional and mental disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization programs.
  • Provide case management and coordination of services, including referrals to psychiatrists and other clinicians.
  • Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support assessments and decision-making.
  • Maintain high-level clinical expertise and stay up-to-date with current clinical conditions, methods, medications, and interventions.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
  • Passing score on the clinical level national board examination.
  • Supervised clinical social work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 467E-7.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
