About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Wailuku, Hawaii. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for providing ambulatory behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and modalities.
  • Conduct social work consultations, collaborating with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to support assessments and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement social work programs and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, departmental planning, and quality management activities.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
  • Passing score on the clinical level national board examination.
  • Supervised clinical social work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 467E-7.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
