We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Director. As a key member of our field management team, you will provide strategic and tactical leadership to our hospital services group, ensuring safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of approximately 16 hospitals and 200 teammates, providing oversight of operations and complete accountability for a $25MM P&L.
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities, driving financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management.
  • Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita's mission and values.
  • Manage labor budget, review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively, and implement solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight).
