Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our Personal Lines clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with Personal Lines clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Personal Lines market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Experience with Surplus Lines and Coastal risks required.
  • Producer License is Mandatory (MA or RI).
  • Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • AAI, AIS, or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred.
  • Fluency in MS office products.
