* 5 or more years of experience in Commercial Lines
* Producer License is Mandatory
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent in work experience
* Superior relationship building skills/networking
* Strong presentation skills
* Expertise in Commercial Lines Coverage and terminology
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong desire to succeed
* CIC designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
* Fluency in MS office products
* Travel required - 25%
