Role Summary:
The selected candidate will take charge of managing the complete workflow and lifecycle for a designated portfolio of clients. This role serves as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring comprehensive account servicing and support for both new and existing Personal Lines clients.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and offering expert advice on coverage options, risks, and exposures.
- Work closely with team members to facilitate client transactions, including applications, quotes, renewals, and policy modifications.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional service offerings.
- Coordinate with colleagues to effectively manage client communications and inquiries from carriers.
- Ensure accurate and current client records are maintained within the company’s database.
- Utilize industry-standard software for policy management and rating processes.
- Efficiently manage daily tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Professional insurance certifications are advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the insurance sector
- Valid insurance producer license is mandatory
