Role Summary:

The selected candidate will take charge of managing the complete workflow and lifecycle for a designated portfolio of clients. This role serves as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring comprehensive account servicing and support for both new and existing Personal Lines clients.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and offering expert advice on coverage options, risks, and exposures.
  • Work closely with team members to facilitate client transactions, including applications, quotes, renewals, and policy modifications.
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional service offerings.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to effectively manage client communications and inquiries from carriers.
  • Ensure accurate and current client records are maintained within the company’s database.
  • Utilize industry-standard software for policy management and rating processes.
  • Efficiently manage daily tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Assist with financial reconciliations as necessary.
  • Provide support to team members during peak workloads or absences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Professional insurance certifications are advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the insurance sector
  • Valid insurance producer license is mandatory
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of insurance products and industry language
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively
