Role Summary:
The selected candidate will take charge of managing the complete workflow and lifecycle for a designated portfolio of clients. This role serves as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring comprehensive account servicing and maintenance for both new and existing Personal Lines clients.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and offering expert advice on coverage options, risks, and exposures.
- Work in tandem with team members to oversee client transactions, including applications, quotes, renewals, and modifications to policies.
- Identify and seize opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional product offerings.
- Coordinate with colleagues to effectively manage client communications and inquiries from carriers.
- Ensure client records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date within the company’s database system.
- Utilize industry-standard software for policy management and rating processes.
- Effectively prioritize and manage daily tasks.
- Assist with financial reconciliations as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Professional insurance designations are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the insurance sector.
- A valid insurance producer license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and industry terminology.
- Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
