Role Summary:

The selected candidate will take charge of managing the complete workflow and lifecycle for a designated portfolio of clients. This role serves as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring comprehensive account servicing and maintenance for both new and existing Personal Lines clients.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and offering expert advice on coverage options, risks, and exposures.
  • Work in tandem with team members to oversee client transactions, including applications, quotes, renewals, and modifications to policies.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional product offerings.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to effectively manage client communications and inquiries from carriers.
  • Ensure client records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date within the company’s database system.
  • Utilize industry-standard software for policy management and rating processes.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage daily tasks.
  • Assist with financial reconciliations as necessary.
  • Provide support to fellow team members during high-demand periods or in their absence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Professional insurance designations are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the insurance sector.
  • A valid insurance producer license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and industry terminology.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.

  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
