We're Hiring for a Road Supervisor in a Major Metropolitan Area

Job Summary

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to a supervisor
  • Following and explaining policy and procedure as outlined in operations and procedures manuals
  • Treating each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect for their privacy
  • Meeting or exceeding established performance requirements
  • Entering data with an error of 1% or less for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information as outlined in operations and procedures manuals
  • Documenting trip authorization according to procedures
  • Remaining knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes
  • Adhering to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless requested by a supervisor
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Able to operate a computer
  • Complete any training requirements
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Able to operate standard telephone system
  • Exercise business telephone etiquette
