We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources function. As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with training and onboarding, employee relations, hiring processes, and drafting internal resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle administrative duties related to HR functions.
  • Qualify and screen candidates for hiring processes.
  • Participate in performance reviews and performance management plans.
  • Design and implement employee onboarding processes.
  • Draft documents and create collateral to expand employee resources.
  • Coordinate employee activities, including company-wide events and gatherings.
  • Research current HR trends and new developments.
  • Utilize platforms such as Zoho People and Zoho Recruit to digitize key HR processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to commit 10-20 hours per week.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a curiosity to learn the HR function.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
