About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pharmaceutical Learning Content Developer to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Content Creation: Develop engaging and effective learning content, including learning modules, interactive courses, in-person/virtual workshops, assessments, pull-through materials, and multimedia content.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand learning solution design, objectives, process, timeline, and deployment requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize authoring tools, PowerPoint, and desktop publishing tools to create learning solutions, including Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Xyleme, MS PowerPoint, Adobe In-Design, Microsoft Publisher, and Kahoot.
  • Instructional Design and Quality Assurance: Apply instructional design principles, graphic design, technical expertise, and user experience principles to structure courses for optimal learning outcomes and ensure the functionality and usability of e-learning modules on various devices and platforms.
  • Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning strategies and support the Learning & Development approval process.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that learning materials are compliant with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Learning/Instructional Technology preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience as a learning developer creating content within a learning & development environment/learning organization.
  • Skills: Strong writing skills, experience with content authoring software, learning and development expertise, communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Life science/pharmaceutical experience, high learning agility, and a start-up, entrepreneurial mindset.
