Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere for children.
• Utilize your enthusiasm for education to implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, incorporating engaging characters to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
• Foster relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning coexist harmoniously.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
• Minimum of six months of professional teaching experience (one year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or a High School diploma/GED (required).
