- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in nuclear engineering, with a focus on nuclear propulsion systems and reactor operations.
- Proven leadership and technical expertise, with a track record of successfully leading teams and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including naval personnel, engineers, and technicians.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Experience with IDE operations, testing, and configuration control.
- Knowledge of I&C equipment testing and change control processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in team building, leadership, and providing work direction.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Project.
