The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of process control automation systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining mathematical models, reporting, screen design, and web page development.
  • Supporting production servers, applications, SCADA, and server network communications.
  • Collaborating closely with Corporate Research & Technology, Engineering, and Plant Operations Leadership to define process control strategy and develop solutions.
  • Partnering with plant operations and global peer leaders to develop, support, and champion the application of process control best practices.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Classroom and/or project experience in software design, programming concepts, and one of the following computer languages: C, Java, C#, or Python.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Java, C, C#, and/or Python programming skills.
  • Visual Studio experience.
  • Linux and Windows operating system experience.

The successful undergraduate will be an analytical problem solver, have an extremely high level of customer focus, and a passion for process improvement.
