BMC Constructors, a leading industrial construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join its team. With over 67 years of experience in the industry, our company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Management, or a related field and be able to learn and become proficient in functions within the Project Controls department. The role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, 401K/Profit Sharing with company match, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life, AD&D and Disability benefits, Pet Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and Paid Volunteer Time Off.

**Job Responsibilities**

The Project Engineer will be responsible for learning and becoming knowledgeable in the functions of the Estimating department, performing accounting system functions, actively participating in customer entertainment and developing relationships with customers, attending Risk Management training, performing safety audits, participating in Quality Action Teams, understanding the company Marketing Plan, and communicating observations of noncompliance with the Guiding Principles and Core Values of the company.
