We are currently looking for a skilled Construction Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects from start to finish. This includes organizing and coordinating construction procedures to ensure timely and efficient completion.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They must also have excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders via email, telephone, and contract craftsmanship.

This role requires the ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and Bluebeam software. Viewpoint and/or Construction Software knowledge is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for construction project supervisors in the United States.

Key responsibilities for this position include maintaining a strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, verbiage, and equipment, as well as creating and updating project budgets, estimating construction management and self-perform work items, and preparing and presenting project proposals to clients and architects.

This role also involves reviewing and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, working with senior project managers and executive leadership to negotiate owner contracts, reviewing and processing subcontracts and subcontractor change orders, and conducting onsite meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors, and construction crews.

Ultimately, the goal of this position is to identify and respond to potential issues throughout the life of a project to minimize negative impacts and ensure safety.
