We are seeking a skilled Industrial Project Coordinator to join our team at Madden Industrial Craftsmen in NW Portland, OR.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication industry and estimating. Experience with MS Project is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate fabrication projects and manage the jobs from purchasing materials to interacting with vendors, customers, and internal staff.
  • Coordinate with Production/Operation Supervisor and Operation Manager to ensure projects are run efficiently, profitably, and on schedule.
  • Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment needed for the awarded contract.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong staff management, analytical, and people skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
  • Knowledge of Codes and established procedures including AISC, AWS, ASME, OSHA.
  • Ability to manage in a multi-task environment.
