- Provide EHS support to project teams to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with a focus on site-based EHS programs and regulatory compliance.
- OSHA 30 training and NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of in-country safety regulatory requirements and OHSA regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Internet-based reporting tools.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports containing findings and recommendations.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed while under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications and other Internet-based reporting tools.
