About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records, reports, and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of EHS experience, with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with a Master's.
  • Strong knowledge of California Environmental Regulations and experience with EHS management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
