Key Responsibilities- Provide first, second, and third-tier support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
- Monitor the performance of our information systems, including network servers, background processes, and ancillary systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and daily tasks to ensure the integrity of our information systems.
- Support organizational projects that enhance the operations of our information systems.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- One year experience in a healthcare environment preferred; one year experience with current Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required; strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially between technical and clinical staff.
