Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our users and IT staff, ensuring seamless operation of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first, second, and third-tier support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
  • Monitor the performance of our information systems, including network servers, background processes, and ancillary systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and daily tasks to ensure the integrity of our information systems.
  • Support organizational projects that enhance the operations of our information systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year experience in a healthcare environment preferred; one year experience with current Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required; strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially between technical and clinical staff.
