  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices to inform business strategy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and NLS workflows with business objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and NLS workflows.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, experience with loan generation and loan management systems, experience with NLS loan origination, generation, and management system, strong SQL skills, ability to understand report requirements and create reports to meet those requirements.
