    • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and submit daily reports as needed to ensure accurate tracking of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
    • Assist with scheduling employees to ensure adequate staffing levels
    • Assist with product orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees to ensure a high-performing team
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

    • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling costs

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to lift 55 lbs. and carry short distances
    • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours
