Asset Living is a dynamic and growing company that fosters thriving communities nationwide. As a Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at one of our properties.

Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Administration
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Conduct market surveys and analyze data to inform leasing strategies and drive results
- Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours
- Marketing and Outreach
- Assist in implementing annual marketing plans and outreach initiatives
- Review and complete market surveys to generate ideas and formulate plans
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition, completing weekly market survey reports
- Customer and Resident Relations
- Manage excellent customer service, monitoring service request turnaround and responsiveness
- Project a favorable image of the community, achieving property objectives and public recognition
- Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters, enforcing community policies as delegated
