Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive resident relations by promptly responding to inquiries and relaying important messages to the property manager.
- Support the leasing process by ensuring vendor cleaning service quality and conducting property tours.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of leases and resident information.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and report any community rule violations and maintenance, cleaning, or safety issues.
- Assist with rent collection, track payments, and delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on overdue balances.
- Post notices for residents on unit doors and common areas as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
- Prior experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite, Appfolio) preferred but not required.
