Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts and components meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of machined parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Maintain inspection records and complete quality documentation (FAI, non-conformance reports).
- Conduct process audits and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality technician or inspector in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
