The Branch Manager is responsible for developing new business with a focus on small business loans and expanding existing business relationships while attracting new money.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the branch budget to ensure revenues and expenses meet or exceed goals.
  • Lead all sales activities for the branch, sourcing new client relationships and expanding existing client relationships by offering a full suite of products.
  • Institute a sales and service culture with a focus on providing clients with a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Build and manage a robust branch loan and deposit sales pipeline, reviewing reporting and providing consistent feedback to employees on performance against sales targets.
  • Develop a strong community network of local leaders and business to promote the branch's active involvement within the community.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or five years or more of experience in Retail Branch operations, business development, sales, and managing employees or equivalent related experience and training.
  • Prior experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager is preferred.
  • NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.

Our base salary for this position located in New York generally ranges between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.
