Job Summary

The University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking an experienced Endpoint Support Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to various departments. The successful candidate will work to ensure reliable and secure endpoint devices for UCLA staff and faculty.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provision, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, scanners, and virtual machines.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with endpoint devices.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
