Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Plumbers Supply Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and participating in industry events to enhance our market presence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Closing sales deals and building lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
- Tailoring presentations and proposals to meet client needs and managing all aspects of customer engagement
- Efficiently processing transactions, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining rigorous records of customer interactions
Operational Excellence:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, including:
- Managing multiple client accounts and traveling extensively across the designated territory
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility
- Leading the account planning process, setting revenue and profit goals, and tracking progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager or similar sales role with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
