- Minimum 3 years of non-asset based 3PL sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in dry van, reefer, flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong team player attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer and technology applications.
- Ability to travel as needed for sales.
