Compensation:

Starting at $29,000+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general information.
  • Utilize established protocols to manage challenging customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain current knowledge of service offerings and product details.
  • Keep customer account information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and troubleshoot account issues.
  • Make outbound calls to arrange appointments and collect payments.
  • Create detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are addressed.
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to customer questions via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Coordinate pest control service appointments and provide relevant information to customers.
  • Inform customers about our pest control services, pricing structures, and operational procedures.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work alongside the pest control team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Promote additional services or products based on customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings in pest control.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer interaction principles.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in computer skills for data entry and customer management systems.
  • Willingness to undergo training on pest control services and products (training provided).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
